Sometimes in tragedy we find our life’s purpose — the eye sheds a tear to find its focus.
It is with deep joy that I share with you today that the experiences of my past year have led to the opening of the new and beautiful 7 Nightingales Center for Support, Self-Discovery, and Learning.
When I could not find the education or support I wanted for my particular hardship, I learned that often services do not exist for managing life challenges that we face. Whether the struggle is “Mama Guilt,” “Living with Family Members with Mood Disorders,” “Dealing with Undefined Illness,” or “Facing Low Self-Esteem,” it is important that we are neither ill-equipped nor alone.
The Center offers workshops, support groups, and educative presentations led by community experts. Not only do we address challenges that the Board and I have identified, but also we create groups based on the requests of people in our community. So please contact us with your ideas.
Furthermore, I will resume my coaching practice and I look forward to working with you and your loved ones.
Thank you for being there for me in my time of need. I hope that I can provide support for what you are facing as well.
With joy in the camaraderie life offers,
